Creative Director Terry Church (B.Des):
Terry Church is a creative director with a powerful cocktail of skills gained over fifteen years of experience in the arts including professional positions in advertising design, photography, audio & video production, TV & film, and marketing management. Prior to working in design, Terry gained early qulaifications as a sound engineer by night and worked as a professional photographer by day.
Music and photography soon expanded into mulitmedia and design, and following a couple of advertising agency positions on the Gold Coast, Terry launched his first design firm that specialised in advertising graphic design and multimedia.
A believer in constant growth, Terry returned to university and attended the prestigious QCA to gain his B.A in design and visual communication. During this time he was able to top up his ego with seven web design awards and the Griffith Gold Medal For Design. Today Terry is regarded as a leading Gold Coast graphic & web designer with an exceptional eye for detail and an abundance of creative and technical skills.
I.T Director Ini Nam (B.IT):
Ini Nam came to Australia from South Korea to study I.T and never left. Quickly recognised as a talented database analyst programmer, Ini was snapped up by Suncorp following graduation and undertook five successful years of hard core database and application development with trillions of dollars at stake.
However, having a leading architect for an older brother and a growing interest in web programming meant Ini also had a natural nack for web design and development. Ini then jumped ship and joined Terry Church Design in 2005.
Ini's heightened ability to adapt to new technology gives TCD an edge when it comes to advanced web programming and her project management skills make her the perfect ground countroller here at our Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast studio.
